You will need accurate employee and payroll information that you are authorised to process, such as the employee’s full name, ID or passport number, contact details, residential address, occupation, payslip month and remuneration information. Employer or company details may also be required.

Yes. The preview allows you to review the captured employee, employer and payroll information before finalising the payslip. This helps correct genuine data-capture errors before printing or downloading the final document.

Select “Retrieve Payslip” or “View My Payslips” and sign in using the email address and password linked to your user profile. Once signed in, you can access the eligible payslips saved under your account.

Yes. Where trusted-device access is available, InstantPayslip can recognise a device you have previously used to sign in, making it easier to return to your payslips without unnecessarily repeating the account-access process.

Yes. Where saved access remains available, authorised users can return to their account and access eligible paid payslips linked to their profile.

Saved payslip information can be reviewed or corrected where editing is available. Always make sure that any information entered or corrected accurately reflects the relevant payroll and employment records.
